Welcome to FASSO Academy LLP. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, learning management systems, content, training programs, webinars, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • By registering, enrolling, or accessing any service, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all applicable laws.

FASSO Academy LLP provides:

  • A learning and teaching platform for industry experts and trainers

All programs are delivered through online, live, or hybrid learning formats.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful and educational purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Not misuse, copy, distribute, or resell Platform content
  • Respect trainers, participants, and Academy representatives
  • Not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, materials, logos, videos, recordings, frameworks, and course structures are the exclusive intellectual property of FASSO Academy LLP, unless otherwise stated.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for personal learning purposes only.
  • Reproduction, recording, redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Fees & Access

  • Certain programs may require payment.
  • Fees are clearly displayed before enrollment and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Access to paid content is granted only upon successful payment.
  • FASSO Academy reserves the right to revise pricing, schedules, or program structure.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to each program.
  • Free webinars and promotional sessions are non-refundable.
  • Failure to attend or complete a program does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Certifications & Completion

  • Participation or completion acknowledgments, where applicable, are issued solely at the discretion of FASSO Academy LLP.
  • Certificates do not constitute government or statutory qualification unless explicitly stated.
  • FASSO Academy LLP reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.

8. Trainer & Partner Content

  • Trainers and industry experts are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of their content.
  • Views expressed by trainers do not necessarily represent those of FASSO Academy LLP.
  • FASSO Academy LLP acts as a platform facilitator and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

  • Record live sessions without authorization
  • Share access credentials with others
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Platform
  • Misrepresent affiliation with FASSO Academy

10. Limitation of Liability

  • FASSO Academy LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee job placement, income, or business success.
  • Users participate at their own discretion and risk.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access without notice
  • Remove content or users violating these Terms
  • Restrict future access if misuse is identified

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, LMS platforms, communication tools). FASSO Academy LLP is not responsible for third-party terms, failures, or policies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
 Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
