Refund Policy


  1. Purpose of This Policy

    This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which learners may request:

    • Refunds
    • Cancellations
    • Program rescheduling

    This Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for all learners enrolling in programs offered by FASSO Academy LLP.

  2. Scope & Applicability

    This Policy applies to:

    • All paid courses, training programs, certifications, workshops, and webinars
    • Online, hybrid, and recorded programs
    • Payments made through the FASSO Academy LLP website or authorized channels
    • By enrolling in any program, the learner agrees to be bound by this Policy.

  3. 3. General Principles
    • 3.1 All refund, cancellation, and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing through the designated official communication channels.
    • 3.2 Refunds are processed only to the original mode of payment.
    • 3.3 Taxes, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees may be non-refundable, as applicable.

  4. Cancellation by Learner

    • 4.1 Cancellation Before Program Commencement
    • A learner may cancel their enrollment before the official start date of the program, subject to the following conditions:

      General Conditions

      • Any valid reason for cancellation must be officially notified in writing at least 7 days prior to the program commencement date.
      • No cancellation requests will be accepted within 7 days of the program start date, regardless of the reason.
      • All approved refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges, bank charges, and administrative fee, where applicable.

    • 4.2 Cancellation After Program Commencement
    • Once the program has commenced:

      • No refund shall be provided;
      • This applies regardless of attendance, participation, or completion status.

  5. Non-Refundable Programs:

    The following are strictly non-refundable:

    • Recorded / self-paced courses once access is granted
    • Webinars, workshops, or short-duration programs
    • Discounted, promotional, or special-offer enrollments
    • Complimentary or free programs

    Once access is provided or the program has commenced, no refund, cancellation, or transfer request will be accepted, regardless of participation, attendance, or completion status.

  6. Rescheduling by Learner
    • 6.1 Eligibility for Rescheduling

      Learners may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future batch only if all of the following conditions are met:

      • The request is submitted before the program commencement date; and
      • Seats are available in the requested batch.
    • 6.2 Rescheduling Conditions

      • Rescheduling is permitted only once, unless otherwise approved by FASSO Academy LLP at its sole discretion.
      • Rescheduling may be subject to an administrative fee, as determined by FASSO Academy LLP.

      6.3 Non-Eligibility for Rescheduling

      Rescheduling requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

      • After the program has commenced; or
      • Once access to recorded or digital content has been provided.

  7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by FASSO Academy LLP

    • 7.1 Right to Cancel, Postpone, or Reschedule

      FASSO Academy LLP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any program due to operational, academic, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, technical issues, or force majeure events.

    • 7.2 Learner Options in Such Cases

      In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by FASSO Academy LLP, learners shall be entitled to one of the following options:

      • Rescheduling to the next available batch of the same or equivalent program; or
      • A full refund of the program fee paid excluding non-refundable taxes or statutory charges, if applicable
  8. Exceptional Circumstances

    • 8.1 Discretionary Consideration

      Refund or rescheduling requests arising from exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, may be considered solely at the discretion of FASSO Academy LLP.

    • 8.2 Supporting Documentation

      Learners may be required to provide valid supporting documentation to substantiate such requests. Approval, if granted, shall be subject to internal review and policy compliance.

  9. Refund Processing Timeline
    • 9.1 Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.

    • 9.2 Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:

      • Payment gateway
      • Bank processing time

  10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

  11. Refunds shall not be granted on the basis of the following reasons:

    • Dissatisfaction with course content, delivery method, or trainer performance
    • Changes in personal circumstances, including time constraints or personal commitments
    • Lack of expected outcomes, including but not limited to employment, promotion, salary increase, business growth, or income generation

    FASSO Academy does not guarantee any specific results, career outcomes, financial benefits, or professional advancement arising from participation in any program.

    Outcomes may vary depending on individual effort, prior experience, background, engagement level, and external factors beyond the Academy’s control.

  12. Abuse & Misuse

    FASSO Academy LLP reserves the right to:

    • Reject any refund or rescheduling requests; and/or
    • Suspend or terminate access to any program or service

    in cases of misuse, abuse of policy, misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of terms and conditions.

    Such actions may be taken without prior notice, and no refund shall be issued in such circumstances.

  13. Policy Amendments
    • 12.1 Right to Amend

    • FASSO Academy LLP reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

    • 12.2 Applicable Version

    • The version of this Policy published on the official FASSO Academy LLP website at the time of enrollment shall be deemed valid, binding, and applicable to the learner.

    Enrollment in any program shall constitute full acceptance of this Policy, including all amendments and updates published on the official FASSO Academy LLP website.

    This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions governing all programs offered by FASSO Academy.
